Someone who is at least 21 years old must be available to sign for each shipment. When providing us with a shipping address please take this into account as all packages are labeled as containing wine and legally require an in-person signature. Carriers will not leave packages unattended regardless of having a signature on file.

If you cannot have your monthly order shipped to your work, we recommend as an alternative that you enter a local FedEx Office that accepts packages in the shipping address field. The benefits of shipping to a FedEx Office are that someone 21 and over will be available to sign for it, they often have flexible hours, and they can hold it for up to 5 business days.

If you'd like to change your shipping address, just log in and go to your Address Book under the Addresses page to update and save your information. Just remember to update your shipping address before your next order date!
