How do I Skip a Month?Updated 2 months ago
If you would not like to receive a shipment of wines for a particular month, you are more than welcome to use our Skip a Month feature. When using this feature, you will neither receive nor be charged for wines that month.
We recommend you skip 48 hours before your monthly order date. You're welcome to use the Skip a Month feature as often as needed!
Since our site's user interface has changed after the system migration, you should see this option from now on in your Account Dashboard. You should be able to skip through these ways. Where this lives will be the same whether you're on a desktop, using a mobile device, or on the Winc iOS App:

Please note that when you Skip a Month, you do forfeit any wines you've previously placed in your box. However, as long as those selections are still available, you can put them back in to save for the next month as soon as you're done skipping.
I'm afraid I might forget to Skip a Month, what should I do?
Please add [email protected] to your contact list to make sure you're getting important emails.
We find it helpful to set a monthly calendar reminder for a few days before your order date, too.
