Yes, you can cancel and there is no cancellation fee. Options for contacting us:
1. Live Chat via the Support button on our site. Our hours of support are:
- Mon-Fri 6am-5pm PT
- Sat-Sun 7am-4pm PT.
- When you're logged in on our website, select the support button to chat in the bottom right-hand corner. Then select "Live chat" icon for assistance.
2. Submit a request by Contacting Us.
You can Skip a Month as often as you like, at no charge. Just be sure to do so 48 hours before your monthly processing date. Setting a calendar reminder a few days before is a great way to keep track of your membership.
